More than expected. When we thought it could not improve any further, more amazing sightings would happen. My first polar bear and my first pod of belugas.

The cruise was wonderful and beyond expectations. I list here some of the minor negative things because I am being asked. MARAVILLOSO.
Tell us about the expedition team
Great guides and lectures. Perfect expedition team. Henrik and Gerard were for sure one of the main reasons for such a perfect trip.
Tell us about Zodiac excursions
Of course I felt safe at all times. I would have appreciated more moments of silence. some of the guests did not stop talking and there should have been an indication from the guides the first day about this.
Tell us about the M/S Sjøveien
Our cabin was fine but we realized there were much better ones in the main deck. It is a pity having reserved this trip more than two years ago and that others reserving later had got better cabins (our fault not to request it to swoop but missed that swoop had taken the initiative). Just a comment, we were happy in our cabin. The food was absolutely great. We would have appreciated having our cabin bathroom cleaned during the trip. It did not happen. I would choose this ship again for sure.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
I gave feedback before. Too many changes in the agents dealing with our trip. Gives the impression that agents are not happy in Swoop and they do not last long.
