MS ExpeditionOverall, how was your trip?
Seeing the elusive Polar Bear. The landscapes and wildlife were stunningly beautiful but also very baron. Met some amazing people who we will be in contact with. I will tell my grandchildren that we had a BBQ on the front upper deck and got to 82 degrees north. Surprised how "warm" it was, although the wind chill was pretty cold.
In one sentence, what did you think of the Arctic? Did it live up to your expectations?
It was beyond anything we have experienced!

Was once a lifetime experience.
You chose a/an Svalbard Wildlife Safari experience. How was that experience?
Didn't know what to expect. Definitely the right trip. Would recommend to others as it's not the usual holiday you would do.
How were your experiences on the guided excursions?
The best moments was getting in the Zodiacs, not once but twice a day. Enjoyed seeing the wildlife. The icebergs were amazing, especially hearing the calving. The expedition staff were second to none. Could not fault them, so informative and experienced in their fields.
How would you describe {vessel.title} if talking to somebody potentially interested in going to the Arctic, and what tips would you pass on?
Happy with the MS Expedition ship. Everyone, from the Captain to all the staff were extremely friendly.
If Swoop arranged some of your travel before/after your voyage/group trip. How did we do?
Everything worked out well and received all documentation required, although we didn't actually need them. The only confusion was the flight back from Tromso to Oslo, having to get off the plane to get back on again was rather confusing!!!
