I have acquired a real appreciation for very small ship expeditions.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to The Arctic?
Do small ships, not large. Be prepared for things to not always work as well as they might, so roll with the punches. This is more an expedition than a canned cruise. Which is as it should be.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Be more proactive with customers. They are more likely to worry about the details if they don't hear from you - and, really, you all should be on top of the details.
